US health officials are investigating after a South Florida doctor died after two fatal doses of the measles mumps and rubella vaccine. The two deaths occurred while medical staff were said to be healthy before vaccination.
Dr. Hollowell was appointed an assistant clinical professor of urology and gynecology at the University of Florida Health Sciences Center in Fort Lauderdale. Dr Beauperthuy Rojas received his PhD and PhD from the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at University College London. After receiving his doctorate from the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara in Mexico, he studied at Harvard Medical School. He returned to Ohio to complete his medical degree at the University of Toledo's School of Medicine, formerly known as the Medical College of Ohio.
His office is next to the Good Samaritan Medical Center and he is in a private practice and has surgical privileges. Dr. Wengler has visited patients at the University of Florida Health Sciences Center in Fort Lauderdale and other hospitals and clinics. His staff are dedicated to caring for his patients and their health and well-being, according to his website.
Dr. Vasquez-Solomon worked at the University of Florida Health Sciences Center in Fort Lauderdale before moving to TFPS and Palmetto General Hospital. He completed his training in internal medicine, which is part of the College of Internal Medicine of the Florida Department of Health, and he completed his residency in the Department of Medicine at Florida State University.
Dr. Zahalsky completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Florida Health Sciences Center in Fort Lauderdale, followed by a residency in the Department of Internal Medicine at the College of Medicine at Florida State University. Dr. Wengler completed his medical degree at the College of Medicine at the University of South Florida and completed a stay in general surgery. He completed advanced training at St. John's University Hospital in Tampa, Florida, and Fort Myers General Hospital. After completing his doctorate in medicine, he completed an internship in emergency medicine and a scholarship in orthopedic surgery at Palmetto General Hospital.
He then completed urological surgical training at the University of Rochester Medical Center and a stint in urology at St. John's University Hospital in Rochester, New York. He then completed an internship in emergency medicine and a scholarship to orthopaedics at Palmetto General Hospital.

Dr. Vasquez - Solomon graduated from the University of Rochester Medical Center and St. John's University Hospital in Rochester, New York. He completed an internship in emergency medicine and a fellowship at Palmetto General Hospital and completed a stint in orthopedic surgery and urological surgery at the Palm Beach County Health Care System.
He earned his master's degree in public health from Florida International University and his bachelor of science in health sciences from Nova Southeastern University. After stops in Parkland and Dallas, he moved to South Florida, where he served as a clinical assistant professor at the Palm Beach County Health Department and the University of Florida School of Medicine. He previously served as medical director of the Lantana Health Center of the Palm Beach County Health Department and treated patients at St. John's University Hospital in Miami-Dade County and University Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale.
He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the National Institute of Neurological Diseases and Strokes of the Florida Department of Health. He is also an associate professor at the University of Florida School of Medicine and Florida State University Medical Center.
He received his doctorate in medicine from the University of Florida Medical Center, where he also completed a stay in neurological surgery. His interest in intensive care led to his scholarship and he began his career at the University of Florida Health Science Center in Gainesville, Florida, USA.
